Salon Policies


We accept cash, debit & all major credit cards (charging fee may apply).  We do not accept checks.  Please have your appropriate payment available upon your appointment. 


We respectfully ask that you honor and give a courteous  24 hour cancellation notice for all appointments needing to be changed or cancelled.  Not doing so may result in a cancellation fee and a 50% deposit for future bookings.

No Shows

Any no shows will result in a full payment of the no show appointment and a 50% deposit of all future bookings.


Due to the limited space and luxury atmosphere of the salon, we do ask that you respectfully not bring children with you.  This will also allow the artist to devote their sole attention on you and your hair without any distractions.

Return Policy

Any product purchases must be returned within 7 days of purchase for a product exchange only.  

Service Pricing

Services priced can be changed at any time due to the unique and tailored service suited to your hair.  Some services require a consultation and a deposit to book.

We stand behind and guarantee the quality of our cuts, color and styling services.  Our artist will make every effort suited to your hair to set expectations as well as the process to get to your desired look.  We do not offer any refunds on any of our hair services.
